Pay rise

This is getting fustrating now. We have been working right through this pandemic as key workers and still no sign of an agreement on our backdated pay rise, let alone a bonus for working through these times. There are many people through no fault of their own who have been furloghed for the past 7 weeks or so and they are on more money than us for doing absolutely no work at all.

You won't see a pay rise until all of the other issues are resolved because both the union and the business know that they won't be able to force through changes without a financial incentive attached.

Crazy that we are earning similar to furlough by working. Definitely agree we should be getting some sort of bonus for our labour at the moment. Maybe Boris will give us front line workers a tax free year after this lol

we will need a pay rise to cover all the extra tax we will be paying when things look up
