Don't give them ideas about rickshaw, they might think that we postman would do the job of a rickshaw boy, as well as delivering my mail and cleaning windows also meter reading, sheesh talk about being underworkedk979aaa wrote:And that is all dependent on them getting off their fat arse's when the phone ring's not much chance then!. Yeah but look at that soft Londoner called Oliver asking for more. If he were from Clekhuddersfax he'd have taken it no questions and then lamped the fat bursar when he went ape.

There's no chance they'd be able to manage a rickshaw - when I was in the far east I had a go a few times and believe me it is quite difficult to get the balance just right - pretty much like running a major company like RM - they didn't manage that either.k979aaa wrote:And that is all dependent on them getting off their fat arse's when the phone ring's not much chance then!. They've brought the rickshaws here - have you seen the new bicycles with mail carrying trailers attached?

Re: It's grim oop North
And can I just say what a wonderful idea they are - IMO every postie should have one - forget gas guzzling, smoke emitting monsters - go green I say and get everyone on a trike - no congestion charge - carry one extra passenger on a dickey together with his pouches - oh yes this is the future - well and the mopeds and the HCTs and the golf trolley. Vans out!baldrick wrote:They've brought the rickshaws here - have you seen the new bicycles with mail carrying trailers attached?
