Agreed. Couldn't ask for more. It allows offices that are failing, to change if needed, and offices that are clearing, to keep things as they are. Local arrangements make more sense.

so if you are an office that is clearing everyday you will be able to carry on with a normal full 6 day delivery of both letters and parcels?

If that's the case then how come someone else on here had shown that the document outlining these ''temporary changes due to the pandemic'' was initially created back in January, well before anyone realised how much of an impact CV-19 was going to have... and it was originally entitled something about a strategy to deal with ''IA'' (''IA'' presumably standing for ''Industrial Action'')

for the next 6 weeks we do not deliver letters on a saturday, after that we return to normal. that's the message anyway.
