I think Clash is right, I'm quite happy for a CEO to stay the hell out of the operational side of the business, he's not an Ops manager he's more like a politician and I certainly don't appreciate those idiots when they show up at Christmas for their photo opportunities.

Terry Pullinger seems to have some weird obsession with Rico as if the mess the company (and union) are in can be laid solely at his feet and somehow getting rid of the bogie-man will solve all our problems. Terry has hijacked this dispute and turned it into a personal pissing contest and the real issues (SWW, pensions, 4 pillars etc) have been left behind in this crusade to shame the CEO.

If Rico goes tomorrow he'll be replaced by what? Mother Teresa and Ghandi are both dead so they're out....
