Change the tune, your boring me now.
What in only 18 posts? Or this a pseudonym? :cuppa
Sock account of a persistent Troll. We try to give him a chance to repent and act as the community asks him to (by reporting him), but he keeps ignoring polite requests. I will keep giving him 2nd chances, but ultimately, when he crosses a line, he will be kicked back under the bridge he comes from.

Trolling isn't just disruptive, it's potentially dangerous to the continuance of the site if we don't tackle B&H. Which is why we ask members to attack arguments not the character of the arguee.

If they are getting back early, does the DOM never send them back out with lapsing, have them throw of d2d, clean their van, etc?
It's a rare occurance when DOMs give out more work to "Early Finishers" SP. Several reasons .... Firstly a lot of DOMs are never around after Midday to give out extra work :no no ...... and Secondly Most of them haven't got the balls to confront the "Early Finishers", and just let them sneak off home early rather than confront them, and possibly have to argue with them. :no no

It's much easier to just pile on extra work to the Quiet, Easy Going, individuals who don't like to argue, or moan, about every little thing. IMO it's just WEAK Management. :cuppa
