Returned from overseas, do I self-isolate?

Clearly lots of flights all over the world, UK and few other European countries don`t have as many as Germany or France, I looked at USA and it`s much more there...
Most of them are passanger flights.

so the message is ''stay at home'' dont go out unless absolutely necessary, except for essential shopping, medicines. oh and the odd flight here and there if you fancy a trip or whatever. call me cynical but i dont believe it. people are being fined for being in groups but you can still flit away on a jet to where ever. no chance.

This would have only been the case at first. Now it has spread in this country it is common, would be just as likely for you to catch in a delivery office then abroad. You only need to isolate if you have symptoms.

Quarantining at the stage this country is at now would be unnecessary . if it was safe for you to go about on your holiday, your probably ok to go to work ..
