I've been waiting for a site like this - now I'll be able to learn more about other parts of the country and have my eyes fully opened to what RM is trying to do.

Too true mate it opened my eyes. I think Royal Mail put a lid on it and the Tabloids ain't interested but there are loads of unofficial and official Industrial Action going on all over.

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

I'll do my bit to promote this site, the more posties that join the better equipted we'll become.

I've been trying to get posties signed up to the CWU email updates as well - they've been really good at keeping us informed daily.

No one can say the Union is not doing anything.

POSTMAN - I'm a postie so don't really have to much crossover with the Mail Centre side of things.
