Not necessarily if there’s 25% absences
If you tolerate this, then your paid break will be next

We're apparently lapsing 3 rounds next week..
Quite frankly they can lapse as many dutys as they like and give me 20 d2d matters not to me

Start time, prep time , disinfect and check van time , delivery time, pop back to wash after 2 loops then full break back out and back 15 mins before end of finish give whats left to manager, give van a wipe down then bang on time bye until next day.
That's the way you want it then that's the way I'm doing it

Happy days
That's not the bulldog blitz spirit to get RM through this.
Don't take no notice, he's just one of many of us that's been touched inappropriately by Uncle Rico.
there's that 'homoerotic obsession' again, mentioned by clash. :Very Happy

You must be dreaming if you think there’s any possibility of giving Saturday off. If anything to help us right now they might go as far as asking for no collections on Saturday to give chance to clear backlog. In 20 years I’ve never seen it so busy.

There’s a lot about Rico on here lately. Before him it was Moya-Crozier-Leighton. I was here before Rico and I’ll be here after him. Remember who we are. The public needs us right now. Our friends and our family. The s**t they’re buying off the internet right now is keeping them sane. If it’s too much stress for you to work then call your doctor and tell them you’re stressed with the breakdown of society. There is not a Doctor in the land who will go against that right now. You will get signed off. If Union or Management can’t get PPE then club together in your DO’s and organise yourselves. We are on our own. If they won’t help us then help yourself. This is our company. One day Rico will be gone. We can say that we kept the business going. We’ll outlast them all.

Agreed. I reckon this is busiest I've seen outside of xmas pressure period ever. So many packets daily. Even tuesday was pretty heavy but this monday gone was 100% busiest day since Xmas 2019. I see zero chance for a day off in fact I suspect it will be another heavy day with packets.

Guess not then.
But at least we can take pride in Rico & Ricky doing their bit by staying home this easter & beyond & saving lives.

ok and so lets all mirror the sentiment by not going to the shops for a few days. we could also walk or cycle to work and not fill up at the garage, we can live on the rice, pasta sauce and toilet rolls we've stocked up on, go without the booze and fags, and so give those shop workers a long easter off too eh?
