do you think they will give us the Tuesday off after Easter?
If it is in the safety interests of all RM staff then yeah I'm sure they will

:left: Doubt they will, it'll be even busier with packets (probably even busier than the Tuesdays following Easter in previous years

Safety of employees 1st. Best interests of country 2nd. Then interest of RM operations a very unimportant afterthought.
So convinced RM not thinking about no of parcels & profits only best way of keeping us safe & if that means colleagues having an extra couple of days at home over easter they will make that call without hesitation

Quite frankly they can lapse as many dutys as they like and give me 20 d2d matters not to me

Start time, prep time , disinfect and check van time , delivery time, pop back to wash after 2 loops then full break back out and back 15 mins before end of finish give whats left to manager, give van a wipe down then bang on time bye until next day.
That's the way you want it then that's the way I'm doing it

Happy days

busier than Christmas for packets at present. busiest ive known for a very long time if not THE busiest. obvious the lockdown is the reason with people stuck in the house with nothing to do, so they all seem to be ordering stuff online. the driver that brings our mail and packets up from the mail centre said today that there was that many packets in there at the minute, that there was no more room in the building and they've had to store them outside on the dock. Monday will be one hell of a day.

Don't take no notice, he's just one of many of us that's been touched inappropriately by Uncle Rico.
