Every depot just needs to stagger the hours people work so that we are not standing within 2 metres of each other.

Give each person a set time to collect keys, PDA's and specials so you go up one-by-one

That obviously depends on the size of the office and the mix of full-time and part-time staff.
You can only stagger the IPS and parcel sort to a certain extent, it still needs to be done for the first to leave the office.

There are around 50 sets of keys and PDAs in our office, giving each a set time isn't practical.

It's not your fellow workers but everybody else who you don't even know yet most people who are ill in RM will be off!

With the amount of people in their gardens and out on the street right now does it really matter how many are in a office?
