Read that a company tried to cncel one of their D2D's but Royal Mail wanted 100% cancellation fee on top of the initial delivery fee.

Make her come in to her local office Monday Morning and prep D2D in a frame then lets hear her viewpoint.

I did that this week, dropped 2 loops.

Sums up RM senior management's attitude to the rest of the world brilliantly (and sadly).
