Manchester mail center is a joke

Social distancing... joke
Hand sanitizer.... joke
Paper towels in toilets... joke
PPE whats that... joke...
Get tracked mail out.. not a joke managers running around..
Get parcels sorted and dispatched... not a joke...
Managers are more concerned about productivity and movement of work..
Absolutly impossible to follow goverment social distancing regarding coronavirus.
People going off sick with possible symptoms and surrounding staff not being told to isolate to.
Cwu have put proposals in thats great but it needs something doing today not tomorrow.

I should say it’s unbelievable ! But sadly it’s not , It’s the same in our DO . Try and stay safe

Why haven’t the union gone to the press with this? Or are the press restricted on what they can publish? stay safe and protect yourself .

My gut feeling is that it'll probably be the same in every MC and DO. I'd imagine that RDCs will probably be more spaced out so will have the room for the proper 2m distance between people

Not same in every MC we have introduced 2 metre Social Distancing in all work areas.
Members H&S is Number 1 Priority. Full Stop. We will not accept anything less.

We've had 4 people on a conveyor, people returning from isolation still coughing.

The list goes on.

Same in our MC mainly. Problem areas are large and SD locker.

To be fair coughing can last for weeks after. If that's the o ly symptom they have left after self isolation they are following government guidelines.
