CWU just not strong enough despite TP's aggressive stance in the videos.
Whoever suggested 2x3 days shift patterns for delivery got it spot on I believe .
Surely the MC's could do same .
Delivering Face cream / tubes of stuff from China already ....
Poor situation for us but worse for Checkout Operators .
TP up your game and reduce OUR risk
