Dilemma

My wife has just started cancer treatment this week. She has had to give up work for what will probably be the best part of a year & she will only get SSP. I'm on annual leave this week & will have to go off sick for the forseeable future as I will have to self isolate with her. I can't afford to go on unpaid leave so I'm thinking I'll have to go off sick for 14 days self isolation & then go off with stress after that.

thats a big dilemma thats catch 22 you just cant afford to take anything home with you because of your mrs cancer treatment i think you are both going through enough without this added crap ive been on the phone all morning ive had a major argument with my dom about vulnerable groups and people like yourself who have vulnerable people living with them i got know where all i got was that word keyworker shouted down my ear had to really hold my tongue but i was raging when i came off phone its either cant give leave as to many people off or you just dont get paid or ssp but he was not 100% about any of it rm are just being i dont know i cant say what i think on here i would get banned or sacked i wish you all the best take care stay safe
