Post office counters

My local post office counter is only open 14:00 until 17:00 from tomorrow.

Seems post office are trying to do something. Crickets from royal mail.

I agree.
We need to follow suit with our customer service points.
There was very little point in being open at all yesterday.
4 hours each day would be more than sufficient.
And there needs to be signs - 1 person in the room at a time. Not everyone appears to have got the message.

Speaking to the lady at the counter, it is because of the staff shortage they have. So it's a local decision, not national. However it should be a national directive
