Self isolation and returning to work

I'm by no means a drama queen and happy to work like the majority on here, but I'm concerned / anxious / stressed about returning to work later this week. Last week I had (still have albeit better) a dry cough. I do not think it was the virus, but at the time was taking no chances so informed management I'd be self-isolating as precaution. Fast forward a few days and watching news channels, reading threads, seeing how badly prepared RM still are has really hit home that if I did return there's a bloody good chance I will eventually pick up this damn virus even after isolating. That is not right in any country.

The entire situation need to be taken out of our hands by Boris and govt. His weak response so far is why we are here all worrying like hell.

I think now only way to remain off work is through stress.
