Using Lieu days during this crisis?

Post by Tinseltown »

Hi,
First post from me. Can anyone supply advice on using lieu days at this time?
My youngest son is type 1 diabetic and both my parents are both over 70, with underlying health issues and im really concerned about passing anything on to them.
I read some where that we can use our lieu days, although im stuggling to find the relevant link.
Im only on 3 days a weeks and have over 30 lieu days banked.
Just wanted clarification on wether or not i can use them all in one go?
Thanks for any info.

Not wanting to attend work because of concerns about a family member at home

In the stickies, people please read the stickies before posting.
I Wrote-During Covid-Which is still relevant now
It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.
