USO Suspended?

Apparently some offices have been told today that the USO has been suspended, is there any truth to these rumours?

If royal mail collapses or is in dire straits its definitely not what Rico will have wanted. Either the company will be taken over by government in which he loses his shares and bonuses or it goes belly up. I know the uso thing he may want but not in these circumstances. Probably all a con to see if they can get some of this government emergency money

Next Monday was the word and a total ban on overtime, walks failed for a couple of days then cleared on a rotation system, somethings going on.

Exactly, the government are throwing money at people to try and stimulate the economy, it's "Keynesian economics" 101, during periods of recession the state throws money at the problem, to promote demand for goods and services to stave off a deeper depression, at least that's the theory. (note this is kinda the opposite of what they did after the 2008 crash, when Austerity was in vogue).

Only problem is, nobody can go anywhere or do anything, because they've closed most entertainment places and cancelled all events... so they'll just sit at home buying endless amounts of crap online.

No doubt Rico sniffs an opportunity. But let's just get through this first, then take it from there.
