The rich chocolate the creamy ice cream in the center the caressing of the gun whilst i *** and **** :lfo :cfo
Can't say more because a work mate got suspended because he told a manager thats its lil wonder that people blow the cool and shot the office up. But the first word rhymes with Lame and the second ryhmes with Liar

ordered 1st pair zip broke
ordered 2nd pair again zip broke
ordered 3rd pair so far i have not touched the zips but have noticed that around the seams the glue turns white, and also the material just behind the heel wears away & your just left with the fake leather, ruined two pairs of socks at the heels, considering ordering another pair, will keep ordering till i get the proper equipment for the job.

I had an accident in mine and pulled a muscle in my back slid in wet weather one of the girls i work with hers are 2 months old and the outer layer has fallen apart the shoe has come apart they are not leather they are plastic she like me is now wearing our own foot ware so as not to injure ourselves and hers leek so much shed be dryer if she put strainers on her feet, then thickness known as a manager comes up and asks us if weve had problems with our RM shoes/boots when we told the daft women she said she'd order us some more we told her where to put ume!

To get back on topic, whatever these shoes are, they ain't any Hi Tec Mags I know - I got a pair of Mag boots I bought about 7 years ago & I feel safer delivering in them than the trainers....I'll be buying a pair of Hi Tec Mag ankle boots soon & while I'll have to pay upwards of £55 ( less the £30 I can claim back from RM ), I'll be happier in them than any RM authorised s**t - not least because RM have specced their shoes to a budget.....how else ( even in bulk buy ) can something similar to a £55 boot cost £30 or ( more likely ) much less?
If RM expect postmen & women to deliver their walks ( while eliminating goodwill on their side ) at the speed they expect, in banana skins, they can whistle dixie.....is this just another tactic to remove full timers via ill-health retirements? And stage 3 sick absences? Has my level of paranoia leveled out yet?

My opinion is my body was screwed long before I filled in an application form for RM - what little quality is left, I want to make to most of & if that means I secure my choice of footwear ( especially when I have been given the right to do so by ATOS ), then I'm going to do it. However I salute your stance, and may you avoid any chronic injuries in upholding your principlesRicky Bruch wrote:Its this simple....
Wear Rm issued footwear, hurt yourself delivering in them, sue RM for health & safety issues, or just let RM continue paying people to be on the sick/light duties because they are cutting corners as per usual...
I`ll never buy my own footwear for those b@st@rds...
If I aint got RM issued footwear then I won`t be going out on delivery
BTW, I said above ATOS have excused me from using issue shoes - that is the major reason I am considering buying my own kit.....anything else leaves you out in the cold if you try to claim for any injury on duty - DON'T give the bastids the room to wiggle off the hook of a compensation claim!

I am sure and i could be wrong with this, so please correct me, that under the DDA, RM is suppose to supply you with the correct tools to do the job that they employ. IE If you been suffering with your feet for longer then 6months and its affect your day to day life, your automatically classed as having a disability, and as you are class with having a disability, RM is obligied by law to give you the footware that make your job doable. Am I right?Ricky Bruch wrote:If your excused then go for it, me I work each day to mend the abuse my body gets from trudging the hills carrying 6+ bags each day and if the plonkas can`t get the footwear right after the 7 years I have been in RM then they should start off by sacking the idiots that keep coming up with these new shoe designs and get somebody in that knows what they are doing...smokerjim wrote: My opinion is my body was screwed long before I filled in an application form for RM - what little quality is left, I want to make to most of & if that means I secure my choice of footwear ( especially when I have been given the right to do so by ATOS ), then I'm going to do it.
