It is fair to say that those in the 'top jobs' come in for a lot of criticism on this forum, please post constructive criticism and nothing else. Any libellous or defamatory posts will be deleted or amended, in no way should these personalities have any abuse aimed at them, period.
Referring to Rico Backs heritage and nationality in a derogatory manner, or when it is intended as a put down IS AGAINST the rules. But more importantly, it can get you sacked for GROSS MISCONDUCT.

Heys lads I know its a stressful time at the moment, but please make Postmans and my job on here easier, stop the personal attacks.
No one is stupid, no one is greedy - any post saying so to individuals, groups or anyone will be deleted or amended.
The ones you think are "greedy" or "stupid" are just trying to get information or details on how to protect them and theirs.

Well, we nearly made it to a year before someone decided the rules no longer applied to them.
Abuse is not allowed not even when you don't use invectives, ergo "Go forth and multiply" is abuse.
If you don't want members to question your position then don't post it, and certainly don't use abuse if people post a different opinion that you disagree with. Its childish and unwelcome.

Someone on here said that he would continue to call people cowards. The thread has been deleted.
I'll be frank if, despite warnings on here why name-calling shouldn't happen and it carries on, I will start to ban people who continue to ignore the advice we give.
RMC is more important than allowing one person or more to insult people, I will not jeopardise RMC just so you can insult people who have a different opinion. If that upsets you, fair enough leave RMC. This is a forum for the exchange of views, information and opinions, it's not one where you can insult others just because you dislike their opinion.
