Already have 4pm finish times mid week here.

I doubt that many employed by RM will lose their jobs, I dont see RM too keen to pay out VRs. Will they stop hiring though ? probably.

I think one of the reasons for later starts, the thinking is that with the later finishes, some collections can be added to rounds rather than on separate collection duties later on.

we are a MPU and been finishing at 3pm since 2011, told our machines are coming out shortly, been told we'll get our wave 2 at 8.15 which is 15mins later than we usually get it, be kick offs with all the parents if they push our finish times any later

Probably a chance that your wave 2 could end up being walk sort only depending on how many extra batches will be getting run at your local MC
