NO XMAS SCHEDULE ATTENDANCE-----scrooge DOM---ANYONE ELSE??
Our dear kind hearted DUM bully boy has decided that we aren't getting our one hour schedule attendance on delivery this year.
What the dear old chap wants staff to do is when they go over to face the intimidation of facing him and explaining how they went over.
He was demoted from a bigger office and reckons we are a soft touch because so many don't claim through the year.
Royal Mail-----the caring employer------especially at xmas.
He will stand to get a bigger bonus for savings ----------------thats why he is being a bast*rd.
ANYONE ELSE SUFFERING THE SAME???

They are offering SA for Sunday collections at my DO. So far the only names put down by some wag are all variations of the DOMs name.

We have people out today delivering packets - not before time - we were at the stage of not being able to move.
No SA deal for a number of years now, it is done on an ad hoc daily basis, both IPS and delivery - those who want it work, those who don't don't. This year will be interesting though, some would deliver and come back for more but I think the managers will be very busy this year.
