Hi
Does anyone know if there is a group tribunal or legal advice for any posties in Scotland lookin for average holiday pay?
I have put in my grievance, contacted acas for mediation and will have to go to an employment tribunal now.
Contacted area branch for help, advice and support. Seems everything is about England and Wales at the moment.
Got a few posties in my DO in the same situation, but they were either offered money or letting me lead on this. Any help on what to do at this stage would be appreciated guys. Cheers

im quite sure once the tribunal makes decision same outcomes apply to scotland as its a group action
if it does not rm and uk have a major problem
i applied to have all holiday average pay to be backdated to when i joined 30yrs worth
as long as you have case number from acas should be ok
other than that vote for independence
