I have been on this sight for months. I have read almost every post to all forums. I have made up my mind on which way to vote.
FAIRLY SOON I HOPE TO LEAVE THE BUSINESS. I JUST DONT WANT THE AGGRO MANAGEMENT WILL INFLICT.
When I joined this business, I went to work, we had a great environment, we cleared the mail (some flexibility) and we went home knowing job done.
Now we have none of this, no camaraderie, non mail clearance, no looking forward to next day.
Where as it gone wrong. The only reason I can conclude is that the CWU has failed. No leadership, no direction, no communication with the membership.
AND I join RMC. We have Lovejoy and other notable posters telling us they have heard from so and so that? OR a good contact has indicated?
What I want to know is Where are the people leaking the info? Who are they? Are they in office? Why are they not leading the membership for or against any agreement especially the one we have now?
Over to you boys! Stop the crap, be honest, and stand for yourselves and the members.
