Sunday Delivery??

Just found a 739 in my letterbox dated 18.11.07..?? SURELY! people are not delivering on sundays now????

our office has been overrun with packets all delivered on overtime including the last four sundays

Yep, packet deliveries have been happening every Sunday down here as well. They get about 8-10 guys in for 5 or 6 hours docket and they almost clear the backlog. Then it starts again on the Monday until by Friday, guess what? Packet backlog! Well they're the ones who messed up the duties, let them pay. Anyone who wants to ruin their weekend, but make some decent OT is welcome to it. (That's not a dig at the drivers or anyone doing the OT either)

I've put my name down for the sunday packet driver at work for the xmas pressure weeks, i doubt i will get it........if the face fits etc

Lol, so they stop the Sunday collections to save money.......& then pay docket on Sundays to deliver packets!!

A mate at work says casuals were out delivering on Sunday in North London.
