Royal Mail website down leaving customers unable to track or send post
Around 66% of customers are experiencing problems with tracking, 29% with the website itself and 4% are unable to log-in

The company is yet to address the outage - however, according to website Downdetector, the issues started at around 8am on Friday morning.
The website claims 66% of those affected are experiencing problems with tracking, 29% with the website itself and 4% are unable to log-in.
At the time of writing this, the Royal Mail website appeared down completely.
A Royal Mail spokeswoman told Mirror Money the site is experiencing a technical fault.
"We are aware of an intermittent technical fault when customers access the Royal Mail.com website. We are investigating this issue and are working to fix it as soon as possible. We apologise for any inconvenience to our customers.”
Update: A Royal Mail statement says this issue has now been resolved.
"The issue was fixed at 10.30 and the site is now running as normal. We apologise for any inconvenience to our customers."
It comes just weeks after workers voted in favour of strikes in a dispute over job security and employment terms and conditions.
Members of the Communication Workers Union (CWU) backed action by 97% in a huge turnout of almost 76%.
The dispute has flared over implementation of a so-called Four Pillars Agreement reached last year between the union and Royal Mail.
These include working hours, the use of technology to monitor efficiency and its parcel sorting systems.
The CWU said that Royal Mail is not sticking to an agreement reached last year covering a wide range of issues, including plans to reduce the working week, as well as job security.
Mirror Money has contacted Royal Mail for a comment on the outage.
