Are we entitled to 1 in every 6 Saturday's off or not?

Even if your contract says you work '5 days over a 6 day week', you are still entitled to 1 in 6 Saturdays off.
As others have said, see your rep.

You are not entitled to anything that isn't in your contract. You may get 1 in 6 off but you are NOT entitled. A contract of employment is LAW. A union agreement is not.
