Opinions are based on facts

If you based your decision purely on quantifiable facts available now you would probably vote no principly because RM is not at the moment officially threatening us with much of anything.

What the union is asking members to do is trust its interpretation of what may happen in the future. There are not a lot of 'facts' involved because the business is not showing its hand so it is mostly supposition.

You can either trust the union or choose not to, neither position makes you a 'dick'.

The royal mail are keeping quiet for a reason . Rem all the forced upon us propaganda last time esp on our pdas . It all had the opposite effect on the result . In our office anyway the senior to mid service guys are def worried about our future jobs whilst them no long in door arent that bothered as much thats the feeling anyway in our office. Most of them havent joined the union but thats there choice .We do need a strong showing though esp this time .

RM want to split parcels off core deilvery and give the work to LAT offices meaning hours cut in non-LAT offices = job losses

Maybe they just dont have any faith in the cwu hopefully you are not a rep. if no-one agrees with your opinion then they are all dicks

I agree we have lost jobs in the past and we had a different leadership then as in "Silly Billy" who agreed to everything RM wanted and perhaps we we're dicks for not demanding more at the time.

I agree we have lost jobs in the past and we had a different leadership then as in "Silly Billy" who agreed to everything RM wanted and perhaps we we're dicks for not demanding more at the time.

Perhaps we were all dicks for voting in terry's deal of the century.. maybe the no voters remember that deal..

Billy Hayes didn't agree to anything - the members did.
And I think you'll find it was Ward who did the negotiating back then.

No, Billy did oversee new agreements, just like Ward will do now, the union agree policies and then it's put to the members.
