How many times are you going to post this SP?
It just isn't true.

Can you claim even if you’ve finished early previously?thats our bosses reply if we can’t complete,it doesn’t effect many just a few of us old slow dinosaurs!who he must hate with a passion!,
They’ve now stopped it as it’s ‘ghosting’ if you want to be paid for working through your break. It just means I regularly bring a little bit back. I use an HCT and golf trolley and there is no where for me to sit and take the second 20 minutes. I would work through the second 20 mins if they paid it. There’s no point me standing around on delivery for 20 mins just to book 20 minutes so I bring it back.
It doesn’t matter if you finished early another day, there is no banking of hours. Your manager is pulling a fast one, if you’ve finished early one day it’s down to them to give you work to take you up to your time.

It is actually a good thing if the first half of break time is enforced otherwise the majority of posties won't take their breaks which we are currently paid for and entitled to. It is securing your jobs and preventing RM saying you have time to do more work or to try and get rid of walks from your DO.
I bet all the posties who dont take their breaks will be moaning if RM reduces the breaks we get to the legal minimum under employment law.
