Probation being extended - will my pay go up afterwards?

My probation is being extended I was just wondering if it got extended by another 6 months (I don’t know if it will be) will my pay increase to what I’m due after a year of service? As far as I understand I won’t get the 6 months increase until after my probation but will I get both increases once I’m out of probation or will it take another 6 months until I receive the increase you get after a year of service? I probably didn’t explain my question very well but hope you can understand it

If your contract is permanent, after the 6 months review, if you had any, you won`t have another one and you are not on probation anymore.
You shouldn`t worry, it`s very hard not to stay in Rm after the 6 months probation, unles you don`t want to :)

And yes, your pay will raise at 6 months and 1 year:

Age 17 £8.13 + 6 months +12 months
Age 18+ £10.46 £11.04 £11.62

Thanks for the response. So will I get the 12
month salary increase if I was on probation the whole time? So in other words would it go to 11.62 and skip the 11.04 one?

You didn`t say if your contract it`s permanent or not?
I`m no expert but you should have had a pay increase at 6 months, regardless of being on probation.
