Where do you go from here
I applied for 2 Postman/Postwoman with driving positions in 2 towns close to me after much encouragement from my own Postman who told me to keep on trying despite several previous applications. I applied for both positions one day apart but had not heard anything for nearly 3 months. I sent an email to myapplication@royalmail.com to see what was taking so long and why i had not heard anything and then 2 weeks later i got the unsuccessful email for the first one i applied for. However its been over 4 months and still no reply for the second position i applied for despite sending another email so i am now at a loss as to what to do.

Try and apply from a different email address, they could have accidentally blocked you, worth a try.

I had a similar issue to you where my application was stuck in the testing complete section on the Royal Mail application site.
Like you I tried emailing the my application address and no response.
I therefore called Royal Mail and tried all the different options until I actually spoke to someone in a completely different department to Job application section.
They gave me email addresses of people in recruiting covering the area I was from.
After emailing them and getting no response I went on to LinkedIn and found the contact of head of HR and after emailing them I was put in touch with another person and offered interview.
A long and very frustrating process but it got me a job in the end.
Good luck.

Quite a lot of our part times came as Christmas casuals & got their "foot in the door" so to speak, plus you would have already passed the checks & you'll also have a pay number.

Does anybody have an up to date list of recruitment contacts for the various areas please. Two members kindly sent me lists but these have expired now as i could not get hold of anyone on that list. If someone could therefore send me the new list please via a private email i would appreciate it.
