I hope someone can help. I was unsuccessful in an interview for a position and was placed on a waiting list as is standard. I recently applied for another position and ignored the obligatory online test as advised in my unsuccessful/successful email instructions. Today, a week later i found an email again asking me again to conduct an online test.
I am now confused as to why the test appeared again and will I miss out by not conducting the test? I have read several posts here indicating that positions were missed by not conducting the test. I have 2 - 3 weeks left on the waiting list and really don't want to miss this position. What do i do? Am i panicking unnecessarily?
