Knowing that the video is old doesn't change anything. It is still a great example of what happens if permanent contracts begin disappearing as well as terms & conditions getting undone after the work of union discussions of previous years. Hopefully Royal Mail Group are able to provide more permanent contracts and remove the need of Angard agency casuals once those casuals are offered the permanent contracts. Provided the casual WANTS steady and guaranteed work or if the casual qualifies through the interview stage for it too.
Better this than replacing more Royal Mail staff with new Angard agency casuals
