Probation period

I’m coming up to almost 4 months now and I haven’t heard anything about my probation period or anything? I have heard that some people have a 3 month reviews to see how there doing and others have told me they have started over 3 years ago and since day one never had or heard about a probation period.

Im coming up to 6 months, i hadnt heard nothing so asked today and he said everything was great and id be getting kept on.... i think you may only hear anything if something is wrong

I’ve just looked in to this and although I’ve not heard anything mentioned about reviews (if the managers aren’t speaking to you it means you’re doing your job properly) there is mention of a 12 month probationary period in my contract.
