Probably they don't have staff who can manage or the resources yet they still lapse is this a condition of mind or is the bonus culture at play?rogersh wrote:The Video States re the discussions on the shorter working week;POSTMAN wrote:
"We have invoked a separate dispute resolution under the AFG agreement. This means that we have a 30-day period for both parties to continue talks. If those talks do not result in agreement, We will enter into external mediation with the CWU. This is separate to the mediation we have entered into this week."
Anyone have an idea why the SWW talks need to be separate? - I am uncertain if "Invoked" means those talks have commenced.

RM's side of things is always the polar opposite to the CWU's.
By design or do those at the very top making the decisions genuinely do not know EXACTLY what goes on at the coalface?
Is it a case that the bonus culture means there are a number of levels of management who are not 100% truthful with what they are passing up the chain of command and instructions passed down aren't followed to the letter but are an interpretation of what should actually be done?
We all know what are the main contentious aspects of delivery, runners, early starters, not using the correct tools, missing meal reliefs, signing for items themselves, dumping in green bins etc etc etc yet ever since we were all told these things had to stop for good it's gotten worse not better.
Surely upper management and union must know what's happening and if so why haven't they pulled everyone into line?

Some may say it is a condition of mind others would say it is a condition of management.Sugar wrote:You have to wonder.k979aaa wrote: is the bonus culture at play?
