a simple way is do a google image search search on say your fave footy team . look for the dimensions on the pic and if it is less than 100 x 100 then open it so all you have is the pic in its own page, then copy the address bar at the top, go to your profile on postman chat , and paste it where it says avatar. there you go jobs a good en

on a google search on images use the small images then when you click on pic it will show pic and it will say see larger image. click on larger image and that is the screen you need to copy the address bar. i am on mozilla
