IHR figures

Hi all I'm hoping someone can help out I have a meeting on Tuesday with DSM to get my quotation for IHR does any one know what should be included in the calculation. I currently get basic pay for 38hrs also I am a team leader which is an extra £37.42 weekly also ics supplement of £38.45 per month. What I would like to know are these payments to be included in my quotation payment. I'm only trying to work out a rough idea just incase they come with a figure totally off the mark.

It’s 34 weeks basic pay tax free plus 12 weeks basic taxable no allowances included

Thanks for that but why would my allowance not be included as they are part of my wage also these payments are pensionable HR said that all pensionable pay should be included I'm just trying to work out a rough idea

You definitely don’t get the allowances I think it’s maybe because when you’ve been off sick a number of weeks your allowances have stopped anyway but you are entitled to pay for any outstanding leave you have left

Is it 34 x basic pay or pension contribution pay. Does everybody get 34 weeks & 12 weeks pilon for IHR

12.2 does not apply now in the document it also says basic pay in parts but with regional supplement is also allowed but have never been through the process cannot say much more.
