What to wear to interview?

Hi everyone, any tips on what to wear to a postman interview? E.g. is it better to wear a suit? Thanks.

I did and probably would at any interview, no matter what it was for. If you don't have one or one that fits you, at the very least you should wear trousers, a shirt and tie and smart shoes.
It shows you take a bit of pride in your appearance and will help you make a good impression.

I did - was it the deciding factor? - who knows, I didn't see any of the other candidates. But I got the job......

If you're interviewed by a manager who doesn't care if you come in a suit - well it's not going to sway their opinion either way.

If you're interviewed by a manager who does care and you don't wear one, he/she might not be as impressed with you as another
candidate where all other interviewee qualities are equal.......

I always go to interviews suited up unless it specifically says to go smart casual.

1st impression is everything.
