He got offered £450 but everyone’s is going to be different. Heard people being offered a lot more than that but people exaggerate things in RM.

Are there any updates regarding holiday pay yet we are the communication workers union after all.How long does it take to sort this out or keep us informed. Us in N.Ire have 20 years of back pay owing to us but will probably never see it as RM only keep records for 5 - 6 years max. What hope have we of getting anything

Have you tried the Labour Relations Agency.
Just sent a message to them enquiring if they would get involved in this issue. Will update if and when they reply.

Surely its up to the cwu to advise members in ni why should we do all the chasing.. after all we are the paying members. Seems like cwu hq have stuck 2 fingers up to members in ni can smell a massive resign of members from cwu if not given proper advice soon.

If people are getting payments by going through the ACAS early conciliation route, then what are the union actually doing?
If we need ACAS to sort this out, then what are the union subs actually for?
The societies of consumption and squandering of material resources are incompatible with the idea of economic growth and a clean planet.
