1. Lapsing is when a posties duty is shared between other duties. So you do yours and part of another.christhepuma wrote:Hi

2. Wallingtons is a type of shift pattern. Sometimes called a 1 in 6, basically you work all 6 days but get paid 5. The 6th day is banked and every 6th week you get a week away from work paid.
