So who’s had a postcard saying thanks for participating, but you never received the poll, never mind even filled it out..

Plus 1 and a lot of other people in my unit. Why don't they post them out to your home address..........? Perhaps they prefer to believe everything is rosy!

I didn't fill it in and I haven't received a card . Do they know who's filled them in?

Yeah, they deny it but I’ve seen reference numbers on the envelope next to my addy details and the same reference number on my questionnaire.

There was no address details on the questionnaire

I didn’t even get one this time, but in the past when posted to me there has been matching ref numbers.

I’ve also been handed them at work and told to fill themin and hand them back there and then. I laughed.
