If you transfer to another office (Outdoor delivery) does your seniority immediately follow on or it has been suggested there is a 1yr grace period before it kicks in?

Transfer office query.
you can't transfer straight in with your seniority, ie you can't pick a duty until your actually at the office. But you DO take your seniority with you.
