Does she get a rota week off? If yes then she'll have to work an extra day to earn it so it probably makes sense.

Yep all this happened in our office .the take advantage of you .get union involved and tell them you only working your contract hours Hav a chat with a old head in your office ask him for advice .its disgusting the way they treat people the managers are bully’s and only care about their bonus.kp strong
