Postman gets suspended around 5 weeks ago on the charge of aggresive behaviour to-wards a line manager. Independant dom gets brought in from another office to give an impartial verdict. 5 witness's come forward to say that nothing happened and only the line manager says it did. Result-- the postman will now be done for serious breach of the conduct code. Wellcome to justice in rm's fantasy island. Knowing the postman well if he's not aquited completly this will end up in the civil courts. Watch this space.

Old Fashioned Fit -ups that DCI Gene Hunt from Life on Mars would be proud of , RM have had too many complaints & grieviances taken out against their managers so the "solution " is turn everything round on it's head which will teach people a lesson .

Same thing happened to Big Dave at Burslem, two independant customer witness statements were ignored by a so called independant investigator, and weve seen with the 12 suspended that there is no justice in RM, their attitude and way of thinking is the same as the Nazi Party in Germany in the 1940s...UNITY IS STRENGTH.

I think how RM work is they've, or more certainly their Employment Lawyers have checked the definitions of B&H and the do's & don'ts .

This is very skewed & perverse but RM class complaints against their Managers as RETALIATION ( yes it does sound stupid !) and they'd say the postie could SEEM
like the Perpetrator to someone "assessing "or" evaluating ", daft as it sounds .

The other one they cling to is the Harrassment Act 97?/98 ?in as to what a" reasonable person "would deem as something to cause distress , alarm etc to the poor screw .
