They got our old union rep to test every round, and to test it properly, on bike (unless Van duty) Bags being dropped off at the agreed spot, even if its nowhere near the area, Bags correct weight, and walking up and down drives. I think theirs over 50 duties in my office, took him nearly two months to do. At the end the manager didn't believe the times that he gave them. So all in all the wasted nearly two months pay and the rounds are still not sorted grr.
They even asked me to time a walk because they didn't believe the bloke doing it, After i gave them the time (4hrs 12mins) They didn't bother asking me again.*L*
