Get ready for more lapse. You have clearly demonstrated you dont have enough work. No wonder big cuts are coming.

Efficiency doesn't come into it you have shown you have time in your duty. Cant argue with more lapse the PDA actuals will show it.

Won’t happen, I’m certainly not scared of PDA actuals. I can finish before 12 most days I would have to do another full round to actually take me up to my finish time and that’s certainly not going to happen. I’ll do it for overtime thoughdougfunny892 wrote:Efficiency doesn't come into it you have shown you have time in your duty. Cant argue with more lapse the PDA actuals will show it.

Have you actually been in the job for years and think that everything will suddenly change and every hour paid will be worked etc?dougfunny892 wrote:Will happen. Should be scared.
Even when you have an office fully staffed there is always someone off sick or duties needing covered. If you don't give folks a good reason to do the extra work they simply won't do it. Not to mention the hassle of chasing the overtime that managers don't want to pay properly.
If your hoping for pda actuals to make things better for you your probably gonna be really disappointed.
The simplest thing to do is just work to your time and leave what you can't finish in time. And then don't concern yourself with what anyone else is making in
overtime payments.

youre going to hear all of the "wont happen, heard it before comments" and i understand why some people are saying that.
I think theyre in for a rude awakening this time, hope they dont rely on the OT or are happy to work much later.

So who's gonna do the overtime when walks are failing, it happened in our office when we were told pda actuals were coming in everyone said no to overtime and within and hour if that it was as you were and the overtime was covered so go figure, if posties stick together and refuse then nothing will changePostie45 wrote:youre going to hear all of the "wont happen, heard it before comments" and i understand why some people are saying that.

They are staffing up a lot more now and are increasing walk lengths as idiots who 2 rounds well before their time have given them plenty of evidence to do so.PDA actuals.

So so incorrect. How can they “staff up” AND increase walk lengths. Are you just making things up because you’re so upset that people are earning more than you?dougfunny892 wrote:They are staffing up a lot more now and are increasing walk lengths as idiots who 2 rounds well before their time have given them plenty of evidence to do so.PDA actuals.
Come on tell us, how long have you been a postie for?

2 rounds in the time is abit of a joke tbh and should be looked at our office can maybe get anywhere up to a half in before time most days that's without a break though also I wouldn't be betting on these PDA actuals being used to sort things out as they have had the info for nearly 2 years now and nothing has been done if I had the info as a company and was able to use it I'd of used it from day 1 and why is the adhc been failing because it costs they found it cost the company more where people was doing the job properly, the company is a sinking ship so I'd take what you money you can then get another job when the boat has sankdougfunny892 wrote:They are staffing up a lot more now and are increasing walk lengths as idiots who 2 rounds well before their time have given them plenty of evidence to do so.PDA actuals.

Postie's in delivery don't stick together. Some always get better treatment, some always worse. Doug, don't do the new build until you've negotiated separate o/t for doing it.
