the drip , drip effect stuff is

http://www.hellmail.co.uk/postalnews/te ... 2&zoneid=3

http://www.hellmail.co.uk/postalnews/te ... 1&zoneid=3 This one's a corker ! , he's surpassed himself there with this contradictory article in a effort to be "fair ,independent & impartial".

Hellfail are looking for volunteer writers that aren't politically motivated just publish what Old St wants to hear, I can agree with the cynical run everything down so people's expectations are lowered and resistance would be futile .

RM have a management structure for the benefit of it's own managers , Area /Senior Mgrs have to be fed , can't have people thinking they're idiots now ? . Another shocking revalation is RM's 70's Top Down Command & Control Structure is old fashioned , not nice to be part of ,aggressive /hostile & pressuried
and doesn't work very well. Well I never !

I'm waiting for his next article with exclusives about The Pope being a Catholic and bears s******g in woods .

I don't know about mail being dumped in that river, judging by the colour of it, it looks as though an army has dumped in it. Either that or Nomark Shite had had a quick dip.

Postal workers on the forum Royalmailchat have done nothing to endear the public to their 'cause' either. Universally described as 'bigotted' and increasingly libellous, it appears to give no time to customers, who on complaining about late or delayed mail are then subjected to a torrent of abuse. With six members now allegedly suspended from work because of comments made on the site, one can only hope that the 'six' are never reinstated. It paints a deplorable picture of postal workers generally and if anything, illustrates the cracks appearing within the Trade Union as well as giving the impression that postal workers are self-centered, ignorant and abusive - an ideal way to convince the public that Royal Mail shouldn't be privatised and its workforce resigned to the scrap heap. To be fair to the owner, and some of its more level-headed members, it did start out as a fairly friendly soapbox but with the BNP and the more extreme end of socialist workers now rampant on the site, he seems to have lost the plot entirely and is clearly unable to keep order - or focus. A little grounding in the potential pitfalls of online forums and what can or cannot be put down to 'fair comment' wouldn't go amiss.

I like that "Socalist Workers " expression they 've used for a while now , is it the I'm right your'e wrong attitude and anyone to the left of Thatcher is a raving loony Trot obviously ?! or the CWU has been taken over by the hard /extreme left ?

Some of the ebayers have been dealt with very well especially by the mods . Was the abuse to customers aimed at trolling customers ?

What was so allegedly offensive to merit suspensions ?. Of course there is no bullying and all managers have leadership / motivation/people skills and RM have integrity , caring motives and are above board ? LOL

Can he define what is libellious ?

Is this "coincidentally" due to the rise in popularity of this site ? & RM Senior Managers masquarading as customers on HYS sections when linked in the press ?

Every effort has been made to keep order and focus , it did get a bit silly as things were maybe too easy going & liberties taken .

Re BNP - Clutching at straws here , Union Jack didn't last long ,

Coventry MC is on a RM hit list to be closed down , a campaign has been organised then "suddenly" there's thieving posties stories . Screw's Laptop's are packed with Hellfail articles .

Sounds like Sour Grapes here ?

Sorry Hellfail but this is the dark side article rehashed , all that vile bigotted skinheads reunion again , & I'd sack all those posters for their disloyalty and lack of committment to Royal Failure regurgitatated . Too scattergun, hysterical , alarmist ,vague & ambigious, bit like Royal Fail's stuff.

PMC at it's best.

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

That's typical of what we expect of Royal Mail 'managers'. They're scum, and they're proud of it.

And to think that they say that we're abusive to people, offensive and xenophobic would be 2 words I'd use to describe those comments

there's people on RM that'd have you on zero tolerance , our friend dignity & respect, CofC for that ,but he's toeing :cfo & :lfo"s line , anti IA etc , noone 's upset Superscab , Superjv or SLH by being pro CWU and "negative " about RM , so it's allright then.

Our Intrepid "Hack" is on record for saying :lfo is the best boss RM have ever had , if :lfo is the best , I'd hate to see the worst . Irritating propaganda with little factual base to it .

Hellfail. PMC & RM certainly love this site , as Corporal Jones used to say " they don't like it up "em " , RM have always been secretive & defensive but their arrogance is breathtaking now .

That's not bad for someone who's supposedly "lost the plot".

We are right to abuse the moaning public. I invite anyone to come on this site and tell me why me and my colleague's should have to put up whith your consistant moaning about a situation that is NOT OUR FAULT!!!!. If you took your whinging to the people that caused it you might get somewhere, but of course that would take a bit more effort and pull you away from your SOAPS and that would never do would it!. :Boo hoo!

Exactly the line I take when they arrive on here out to score points. Let's face it, some of these 'customers' are sussed as screws within the first couple of posts. The rest are mostly apologists for strike breakers.
