Hi,
I’m looking for some information on split shift allowance.
Is it for working two shifts in one day or two daily non continuous attendances during the working week.

it used to be one shift, say, 7- 11 then go home or whatever then back 2-6, they were a total pain as you wasted your day with them, they were got rid in our office a long time ago

Yes there was a spread over allowance/booked off allowance. I think it went with the way forward agreement but I'm not sure. There are many allowances that new posture don't even know they are still entitled too like finishing anytime from 8pm for collections and still an early allowance before 5am. The reps need to get their fingers out.
