Pension illustration -like for like needed.

I just contacted the helpline and said that their illustration was not very good as it did not equate to a like for like illustration.
The illustration was on basic pay and my yearly illustration takes into account my pensionable allowances.
He said that to produce like for like would have taken months, i commented that in my opinion a 60 day consultation period was then too short to allow detailed anaylsis of change for the individual.

WTF has he got a different agreement in front of him than the one we have been circulated?
