Trying to get a transfer!

Hi guys,looking for a spot of help.Especially anyone from the Newton Abbot delivery office.I'm moving down to the area in a few months time & i'm seeking a transfer from my office in Leicestershire.The only Problem i'm finding is actually getting to talk to anyone at the Newton Abbot office.I ring constantly without anyone answering the phone.I did get to speak to a support manager (first name Darren i think)who gave me some great vibes of the chances of the move and was going to pass these on to the top gaffer there ,who then was going to contact my Gaffer but that was about 2 months ago & iv'e had nothing,no contact at all.Even my gaffer has tried ringing with the same non reply.Anyone know how i could make contact?
